Hello, comrades!
Right now I try to work on girth only and I have questions about it. I actually don’t need the length because don’t want to, so is it enough to do only jelqing routine? Warm up included. If I do only warm up and jelqing (2 work, 1 day off) will it be useful at all? Is it necessary to do stretching? If anyone does the girth routine only please comment below and share your training plans.

Also the question for Russian users. Where did you buy or order clamp cables? Because they are quite difficult to get in Russia, I’ve visited several sex shops and there weren’t any. If it was online please DM me the link.

I am interested in the same as you. I need girth, I am almost 20 cm long. If someone could help us it would be very helpful.

Do it yourself shops or ironmongers.

Better to order from online retailers like Amazon if you can. Cableclamp or cablecuff is what to look for. S M L order the medium.

Jelqing at higher erections can result in increased girth even though it’s not supposed to be used for that. Stretching, no.

If you are only looking for girth then do girth specific exercises like clamping, modified jelq, slow squash jelq etc. Clamping is the most effective exercise for girth IMO. If you supplement clamping with pumping (wider diameter) then it should result in faster gains.

Not long ago I realized that these clamps are not used for penises in the first place. When I searched for them on Amazon, I saw that people bought these things for domestic needs and work. I guess it worth a try to look for them in the shops that you mentioned.
