Have tried the clock routine and don’t find any noticeable pull-back at all..
Does this mean I’m wasting my time with PE?
Having said that, as I said in my previous post, there is obviously some difference immediately after exercising, but it soon wears off.
Don’t know if my age has any bearing (47), but find that I don’t get as many erections as I used to before starting the exercises….
Oh well, at least my grammar’s good!!!!
