Would regular exercise before PE help?

Would regular exercise before PE help?

Since the basis of jelqing seems to be force blood flow, I was wondering if aerobic exercise that gets your blood flowing would help with the PE exercies. Also, does say running on the treadmill or eliptical for 45 minutes warm you up, or do you still need to a warm wrap before starting?

Warm up which sends heat directly to the penis, which encourages more blood flow through it. Warm wrap, heat pad, warm shower etc.

I’m sure running on a treadmill would be beneficial for your whole body, so why not do it anyway :)

Hmm I dunno when you use your muscles it sends blood to them and away from your dick, I am always much smaller flacid after a workout or a run.

That’s why I think it’s better to do regular exercises before a PE session, not after.

So you want to get blood away from your unit before doing PE? I’ve been doing regular exercises, followed by PE exercises, then a show.

Blood might be away from your penis while exercising, but once you start doing some PE the blood flow could be nice.

While doing PE it always seems that my best sessions are when my flacid dick is already pretty big. I’ve noticed that after exercising, its harder to get my dick back into that “fat, plump” stage. Does exercise really influence blood flow throughout your body (including your dick), or does is just stay at the muscles that you used for exercise? I believe that I have usually experienced the latter.

I didn’t mean you should do regular exercises right before PE. I would never want to get blood away from my unit, but if I have to I would prefer it before a PE session. After PE I like to keep my unit engorged. That’s why I don’t do sports after PE during the same day.
Doing regular exercises helps with overall health, so with PE too.

Like what everybody else says, exercise is always great for your health and I’m sure boosting your cardiovascular health helps with erections, at least it does for me! It can also help reduce the fat pad behind your unit, making it appear larger?

I think there were some issues with testosterone levels following exercise that affects your PE, but I doubt exercising can be a bad thing in general.
