A complete all stretch PE exercise

I been stuck at 6.3 for a while now and i would like to focus on length because my girth is ok and i heard that doing too much jelqing will slow the length gains. I hope someone can help me come up with a routine that is all stretchs or maybe a little jelq but heavy length. I read about DLD- Blasters, Bundle strecth and uli’s stretch but i have no idea what it is, they seem very new to me, all i know about stretch are the most basic on penis health and some for the old ferri website. It would be so cool if someone would give me advise and a rountine that i can work on, i would like to go to 7 inch before i start girth gains.

Might as well forget about the Uli-stretch…that’s for girth.

I am also going for length first. Here’s my stretch routine. It incorporates some of the stretches you mentioned. Maybe you can try it or use it as an example to design your own program.

Soon2b9, what do you mean by what is most taught when pulling at erection angle, what are the options? Where can I read more about this theory…I am very familiar with LOT theory, I think.

I’m sure it won’t always be the case that there is a particular part that can be identified as being most taut, but if one can, it can give you some direction on how to enhance your routine. As far as choices, I guess it could be the ligs, the septum, the base, or a particular section of the tunica (I assume this is the point at which the marority of the collagen fibrils which are in a state of plastic deformation range reside???).

Thanks for everyone’s help. I am still not sure what a tugback is and how do i determine my LOT?

Tug back is when you are pulling your dick out at several angles, and you perform a kegel, you will see your glans actually tugback to your body. It’ll look like it is twitching, towards your body. Basically the BC muscle is tugging back the head of your dick.

To determine lot, pull your flaccid dick straight up, to the ceiling (while standing) and do a kegel. If the head tugs back towards your body, keep moving your stretch downards, until you see a total or significant loss of tugback. Pay attention to the movement of the glans, and not the base of your dick.

And I remember Bib saying that you don’t need a total absence of tugback, but a signifcant loss of it is ok as well.

When did you guys come up with this whole LOT theory? I been PEing for about 8 month now and i just found Thundersplace 3 days ago, how long has it been here? I started with penishealth.com and they never said anything about LOT or any of the uli. Are there any other websites or secret that i should know in the PE world?

That routine is great! but I might have overdid it a tad bit. I tried working out and when I got to doing crunches I sort have flet a slight pain around the base of mah pecker. Anyone else ever get this?

Chitonan- This websight is the best of its kind which is why you have not seen some its “secrets” on other sights. I have been to almost every enlagement site known and have come to conclusion everything I need is here and no reason to waste time at other sites.
