Wrapping question??

Can this this form Wrapping drawings of wrapping help to hold PE weights? Because I’ll be starting to use them once I come from out of town, or is there a diffrent way to wrap for PE weights? Also could some explain it again I think i get it just so I know I’m doing it right. If this isn’t the right way can you direct me to the right way.
