2 things I'd like to say.
First thank you to all that have helped me over the past 2 months I’ve been back at doing PE and when I first signed up I’m making this post to say thank you and I have made some pretty good progress in 8 weeks I don’t wanna say what I’m at yet but I have gained so I’m very motivated to move forward. And sorry for my multiple threads that I made.
Second with that said my gains are mainly in the length department , what are some good girth exercises that don’t require equipment. I tried this new exercise that requires you to get 90-95% erect and make a OK grip at the bottom of the glads do a legal then quickly make a OK grip at the base of the penis but you use the middle figure also doubling the width of the grip pushing blood to the middle of the shaft and I felt some stretching ? Not pain but you can tell it was working.
