3 month plateau

Seems as though I’ve hit a plateau . Huge gains , then nothing . I started pumping last month as well as my usual routine and gained maybe 1/8” in BPEL and 1/4” fl and fg . I’ll take it , but I want girth over length . I think I might need a bigger cylinder , I am pretty lose to packing the whole thing girthwise . My routine is in my sig . Advise ?

I did get a few ideas from a search , but the results are contradictory and quite confusing .

Search with clamping if your Peing since at least couple of months.
