3 Months of Newbie Routine
I will successfully have completed 3 months of the newbie routine on March 1st, what do you all recommend I do next? From Dec 1st until Feb 1st I went from 5.625 BPEL x 4.3125 EG to 5.875 BPEL x 4.5 EG with a variation of the newbie routine. I want to add clamping on March 1st and some other advanced stretches, what do you guys think?
