A day of rest I don't think is enough, also temp length
Does anyone else feel that if you do a 2 days on 1 day off or for the more advanced 5 days on 2 off, that the 1-2 days ain’t enough rest atleast for gain and the penis to fully recover. After 2 days on and 1 day off it’s enough rest too help you get thru another 2 days but again I don’t think it’s enough to fully recover the penis.
Sometimes I’ll go 3 days and after the 3rd day my penis feels tired like it needs rest, or I’ll notice I don’t get 100% erections. I couldn’t imagine 5 days straight.
But I notice when I take 2-3 days of rest that’s always when I get gains or notice change. Obviously if you do 2 days on 3 days off that’s not really gonna work but after 2-4 weeks of a normal routine I always find extended rest is a good benefit for gains.
Now in terms of temp length I got 2 questions. After doing PE for 2 weeks I notice I was a little over my starting 5.25” length, then after 1 month I took a 3 day break and when I measured after the break I was a little over 5.5” I’d say 5.6”.
Now that I’ve been doing my normal routine for 7 days I notice I don’t ever measure past 5.5”, is it normal to lose a little I’m guessing its due to being worked out and perhaps fatigue. If I was to rest for few days I’d probably be back to over 5.5”. Not that I’m complaining over a few mm I’m just asking.
Another temp length question, If I’m 5.5” NBPEL after stretching and jelqing should I be at 5.6” or 5.7” in order to gain? As far as I can remember I never got temp length from a session. Any length gains came after rest.
