A question for clampers

I bought a cable clamp on Monday. This thing is great. No more sore hands from squeezes. I’m doing a 2-on/1-off schedule of three 10-minute sessions with a five minute break. I currently measure 5” around, but with it on, I’m somewhere between 5 1/8” and 5 1/4”.

For those of you that are clamping and have experienced gains, what did you see in terms of growth from month to month? My goal is modest (5.5”), but I want to set reasonable expectations on how long it should take.

Yes, you should definitely read Big Girtha’s clamping thread. Of course, no one can predict what you will gain, if anything, or how long it will take. I’m optomistic though: I believe that you stand a very good chance of getting to 5.5”, and quite possibly beyond.

I was 5” EG when I began. I was following the “rubber band theory” and focusing on length, though I was still doing some girth exercises (they are a lot of fun!). But I was not following any routine for girth; I just clamped and jelqed, etc., when I felt like it. Well, the length has been harder for me to gain, but I’m now at about 5.6” EG. This has been over the course of a year or so. But again, I was only doing the girth exercises occasionally.

That is just a tough thing to predict joer, everyone is different.

In one month of clamping, consistently, on a 2 on 1 off schedule as you described gains are likely…however you can only expect people to give their own experiences of growth not predict how much you'll grow.

I’ve clamped for about 2 months, I haven’t measured for a while but my girth is looking fatter than before. That is for sure.

Glad to hear you’ve educated yourself with BG’s clamping threads…they are the best resource around for clamping info, bar none.

I know everyone gains differently, but given enough numbers, one could come up with an observed average.

I’d like a half-inch of girth by the end of the year, but unless I get feeback from clampers, I don’t know if that’s a reasonable expectation.

It’s possible. But it probably wouldn’t be “cemented” gains. That takes a lot longer.

There is a stastical average, but this is quite different than what any particular individual gains, or does not gain. Just go for it and see what happens. If you are consistent, you should at least get some faux gains.

Yes, there are other alternatives. But you are not too small to use the cable clamps. First, they come in different sizes. More importantly, what many do is wrap the cable clamps with padding or tape, etc., in order to narrow the circumference on them. For example, I wrap duct tape around mine. It works great.

Thanks for the plug, guys, and I also recommend Clamping 101. I’m pretty sure Remek and I have covered anything the other may have missed. First off, I agree with all the above. If you are a newbie you probably shouldn’t be clamping at all, or at the very least delicately. Toughen that dick up first, with lots of jelqing and manual. The newbie routine. Once the penile tissues are tough enough to withstand the high pressures Ulis put on the tunica you can gain girth pretty quick.

I’ve been PEing since Dec. 05 I wanted to know if that was a sufficient amount of time to start clamping? And should I do a warmup before I clamp?

I believe using very thick O rings helped me gain 1/2” of girth within a year of inconsistent PE. After my workout I’d stimulate myself with a very thick O-ring that acted as a cockring. I’d leave it on for an hour or so.

Just go to your local hardware stores and find thick-ass O-rings that will act as cock rings after your jelq sessions.
