Advice about PE

Hi guys I just wanted you to ask , what stretches to do for length ? Is there any recommended or so..

My routine is
5 MIN Warm up
10 MIN BASIC stretches
10 MIN Jelq
5 MIN Stretches
5 MIN Warm down.

I accept any opinion.

BTC stretches are always good .

IMO 10 min or stretching is more than enough for a newbie . You should cut back on those 5 extra min of stretching .


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Sure I will try that , and for that 5 extra minutes I think that is okay because I am already 3 months doing PE , and I don t know what to add (more jelq or more stretches for length).

BTC stretches are good. But, if you are still gaining, you do not have to add or change anything. Just keep doing what you are doing.

And what if I am not gaining length and only girth ? What then .

Gaining girth is good, congratulations! :D

If you want to gain in length, then gradually increase your stretching sets time, or look into BTC stretches as advised above. :)

You mean instead of going 30 sec per rep, I should go 40 then 50 maybe 60 later ?
