I’m glad I was finally able to get through to you. At least 90 days and upon gains. Then you can slowly introduce other methods of PE. You will get gains with the newbie routine. They might not be much, but you will if you are consistent, take your rest days, and not over work your penis. PE is a slow process. You must understand that. The rest days are vital to the equation, they help with regenerating tissue . Your routine was completely overworking your penis. We all wanted to point that out.

We don’t want any of our fellow brothers here to go through any traumatic injuries because they didn’t take advice given. There is nothing I dislike more than walking guys through injuries and consoling them for the mistake of not following instruction.

So once again, START WITH THE NEWBIE ROUTINE. It’s simple, not very time consuming, and you’ll see gains. Give it 90 days and in that time learn all you can about PE. If hanging is something your interested in, then do it in the future after at least 90 days and your penis is well conditioned.

I’m no expert, I’m still learning myself. I’ll never consider myself an expert, because there will always be many things I don’t know.

Hanging 101

Does anybody have any thoughts on hanging? Does anyone who has responded to me hang? I will wait the 2 months (1 under my belt) to do so, but any advice? It happens to be my favorite, cause it allows hands free, just kind of stand there and catch up with Netflix, does anyone subscribe to this method and if so, do you follow the hanging 101course?

You have been told numerous times that hanging without being in condition which easily takes 3- 6 months on a good routine is dangerous yet you want someone to come here and tell you it’s okay because they did it. Well maybe they did and didn’t get hurt but the odds of injury increases exponentially doing what you want to do. What is the rush?

People that have been here for years and read hundreds of posts and know the stories of what can happen and you seem to ignore them so don’t wait for anyone’s advice; go do what you want to do and good luck.

I’ve hung and it’s the only thing I gained from, it’s great if you have the time. 101 is pretty spot on in terms of progression etc.

Having said that I’d still advise spending a few months on the basics, it’s an important learning experience getting a feel for how your body reacts and finding your limits.
I rushed into things with PE and regretted it later.

You can of course do what you want, the mods and members here are just doing their duty in telling you to be careful and that’s only because no one wants to see anyone get hurt or miss out on easy noobie gains.

Take it easy Jimmy, it was a simple question

I just wanted to know if anyone here had any experience with it, not rushing, and was only told by one person that it’s too soon, chill my friend.

May I ask another question?

Can anyone, and everyone please tell me their preferred methods, one can read so much online about what works and what doesn’t that it’s mind bottling, pump, usb pump, stretchers, hanging, PE Bible etc.. It will be a pleasure to read some REAL responses that are positive and not trying to sell you something, I have read, watched video’s and was curious of real results, so please, if you have the time, let me know, I assume everybody is different, just like weight lifting and everyone has their preferences and best results, Thanks inadvance
