My glans is normal when I stimulate myself to a 100% erection. However, I can’t get 100% unless I stimulate. By myself I get to like 10% right now. Do whatever it takes to get 8-10 hours of good sleep. If I were you and I couldn’t sleep, I would drink some Benedryl. I’m not telling you to do it, but if I were in your shoes, I would do that. I’m certainly a new recruit to this site but I would lay off all PE except kegels and warm wraps for increased blood flow. If you can take ibuprofen 3 times daily with meals I’d use no more than 800mg but it will help decrease any latent inflammation which is likely putting pressure on the nerve as well. You should note improvement in a couple days. You didn’t mention any bruising at the shaft or groin correct?

Shy - thanks for the suggestion. I might do that. I hate taking stuff that makes you sleepy though, it always makes me have nightmares. But I’ll take a nightmare over a hurt dick any day. I might have to do this like w or 3 times a week or something.

No, there is not any bruising. I have some discoloration from clamping on one spot in the middle of my shaft above the nerve you speaking of, but there is no pain and it doesn’t feel “weak” there, so I don’t think it’s an actual bruise and it’s not causing any problems. Is there a way to fix this Neuralgia?? I will also take your suggestion on the ibuprofen. I was also going to supplement some other stuff for better blood flow. Okay so I also have a question, I think I have poor circulation well I always have had cold hands and feet. I do lift regularly, I love the gym and eat a very healthy diet. Even when I’m at the gym for about 45 mins, my hands are still cold. I feel the same thing in my penis, before I even started pe whenever id sweat a little or just get a random chill, my penis just seems to be cold sometimes. I kind of hate the feeling I actually get a great hang but it gets kind of shriveled girth wise.

I have also been or have been wearing a cock ring for a short time frame, it does probably allow about 90% blood flow it is not tight at all and it does help with my hang. Most of those supps are already in my diet, I currently take no explode, cell mass, waxy maize as post workout carb, whey, animal pak multi vitimans. I am also on a 6 week cycle of Nolvedex from gaspari nutrition which is a natural test booster. I am also taking in a lot of arginine in these supps, yet my penis still gets cold; guess I just have poor circulation and will have to deal with it.

That may be, but please trust me when I say that you shouldn’t wear the cock ring all day. Especially if you have bad circulation.

In conclusion, I would like to say that I think it was doing clamped jelqing and squeezes that broke my dick and not wearing the penis ring. While my dick was conditioned for regular clamping, it was not ready for clamped exercises. I got ahead of myself with that one.

What is anyones thoughts on wearing a cock ring before a date? Say you did a pumping session, and put a cock ring on? Just to get that WOW look from your partner when you drop your pants..
