It depends on the fit Xbone. You would be well to test wearing times first to see if there are any issues like cold. Wear it around the house first, then if no issues try wearing it out. Just put it on without doing anywork to see if it holds it’s place and doesn’t grip too tight.
If you can wear it out whilst walking etc still with no issues, you can try it after PE sessions, or sleeping. Again, test things out, do some PE, then wear around the house. Make sure it goes down without issues then try whilst being active etc.
Not many on here will recommend wearing them whilst sleeping but I never had a problem or fear of anything going wrong and it’s worked out fine.
Morning wood lasts longer and gets quite a bit fatter. even lying on my side seems to make things grow quite a lot.
