BPEL: 5.9-6”
EG: 4.9-5”
As of Dec.17/04

So I’m a very happy camper indeed..
Routine: (First 2 months)
Manual Stretching - 10-15 min. 5 or 6 days a week only in shower and the occasional stretch before bed.
Jelqing: Mostly did dry jelqs immediately after shower for about 10 min. 3 to 4 times a week.

I still stretch in the shower, but I also do a more intense stretch about 1.5 hours afterwards in my works bathroom using heat for about 10 minutes using one of those Gel packs. Just in the last 4 days, I’ve really upped the intensity of my stretching and added “over-the-wrist” and “V-stretches” (I’D LIKE TO PERSONALLY THANK MR. WADZILLA FOR YOUR LAST T.I.T.T AND BFS POSTS). This has really been effective, because my flaccid stretch has jumped at least a half inch in the last week. We will see if this directly relates to more Erect length soon. So basically I stretch now usually 2, sometimes 3 times a day!! I now only dry Jelq lightly every other day to concentrate on length at the moment, as I have a feeling Girth will not be a problem for me :D
