I never hang so I can’t give you a clear answer. Try it and post your results.

Well Bird, how do we do this?:

Get an 100% erection to perform this exercise. Once you reach this take the palm of your hand, facing towards the floor and push it on the glans. Now, push your penis slowly and gently towards the floor. Go as far as you comfortably can go but push not further than parallel to the floor. Now slowly do a kegel. The important thing is to not to allow your hand to move by your penis as the penis tries to raise back up.

Once you attain that hold on for 20 seconds and release your hand and let the penis rise back up. I do a routine of 5 times 20 seconds with intervals of a minute. If you need more time to get an 100% erection that is ok.

I advice you to do this right after your work out so more expansion can be made and more gains can be kept.

Does this really help length?

I could see it make the kegel muscle bigger, stronger or whatever. But length gains from that?

Yes it can help length gains in addition to other exercises.

Length gains can be made form that in addition to other exercises. See it as an enhancer. By doing this exercise it puts pressure on the tendon which will make gains stay more than usual, length gains included.

Yes, or a girth workout. It enhances gains for both.

Not exactly but it comes in handy when you do. You can block the penis with your other hand and keep it parallel to the floor this way. This will make you perform it correctly too, only the intensity is not as high.

Today I incorporated your isometrics in my routine.
I did 5 of those for 10 seconds each. Is this a good routine? How much are you doing as a vet?

One more question, do I have to feel something when doing them? I feel nothing except the kegel.

It is a good routine, if you like increase the number to 20 seconds when you are more advanced.

I feel a big stress on my ligs when performing them, along with the kegel. It could be that you don’t have such a high LOT as me, which could make the stress less noticeable.

Yes, it is a feeling in the base and it feels like there is a lot of pressure on the ligs.
