At least 1/2" after newbie gains

Some advice from veteran PEers

I’ve been around here since 2007 but due to injuries and such didn’t really start till last fall and even then there have been weeks where I had to stop for some reason. I feel like I have stalled now. Exhausted all my newbie gains. No length gains for a while. This is the routine that I started last week. Is it too much? Too less? Anything should be added?

5-10 min warm up
25 minutes jelq 80-90%
10 minute jeq 10-20%
10 35sec V-stretches
4 35sec A-stretces
60sec stretches every direction(up, down, left, right, straight out) done twice. So a total of 10 60sec stretches
cool down

I’ve been doing low erection jelqs for the most part since I’mm more focused on length but decieded to switch it up for a while with high erection jelqing.
Advice?

If you have an injuries story, than you tend to overwork. You are re-starting with a routine that is harder on your penis than the newbie routine - so you are going to make again the same mistake, IMHO.

Here yo are my advice: open a progress report thread, and start doing the linear newbie routine. When things are written, one tends to see them in a clearer way, and you are going to benefit of the support and advice of other members.

I agree with Marinara. Having gone through periods of on-and-off pe for several years as well as a few minor injuries I would recommend that whenever you re-start PE you start with a super easy newbie routine and SLOWLY work up.

5 min hot wrap
5 min stretch
30 Jelq’s
5 min warm down
1-2 hours light ADS

Add 10 Jelq’s and up your stretch intensity once a week. I know its hard to go so slow but in the end it will pay off.

Also, whenever you start up again make sure that you are doing everything in your power to stay healthy - eat well, lots of cardio, light on the booze, no smoking.

Actually, my routine is after months of slowly increasing time. I didn’t have bad injuries. Just if I felt a bit sore I took a week off here and there as a precaution.

I seem to be stuck. Any advice fromm vets who have gained at least 1/2” after the initial newbie gains. What kind of routine or what did you do to start gaining again? What kind of growth rate did you get?

I’m 1/2” from my ultimate goal. I have until about September to gain that 1/2” because after that I’ll be swapped with work. So I’ll probably need to just be on a maintenance routine then. Hope I can do it. Help.

How many months have you been doing PE?

How long has it been since your last measured length gain?

Did you take any rest days?

I’ve been pretty much PEing consistently for the past 6 months and got really good gains in the first 3 months but I’ve gotten virtually nothing in the past 3 months. I’ve stalled. I was trying 5 on 2 off routine but felt my dick getting to tired so I’m back to a 2 on 1 off. I also took a week off here and there to rest my dick from getting sore.

You might try focusing your routine more on girth for a change and get back to length work in a couple of months.

Another option is to take a deconditioning break for a month or two and then start with a light routine slowly adding session time and intensity. You might want to start with the linear newbie routine.

Third option: check out memento`s routine. I read many people got good gains from it. I think the thread is called something like Memento`s Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism.
