All the phases you do I think are smart. Redzulu (another forum) had an article where he was finally getting some length, and he attributes it to PULLING while clamped, so I definitely think you guys are doing everything right.
I would love to see you do a summery article like "TNTs methodology of clamping" and just very clearly lay out the key points of your approach. I finally had to do that with my PI article. I had hashed out a lot of the points in a thread where I was discussing it, but distilled it for the article. It makes it much easier for others to utilize what you are saying. When it is spread out though a mass of discussion, it makes it more difficult.
I would like to see you give a step by step, include the key points of how you arrive at the proper clamp point, what PIs you see when you get it right, when you decide to take a break and how you decide to resume. Also, how do you know when your wife is using the right amount of force for squeezes, pulls etc. and how you arrived at that point (pain, discomfort, color,temp whatever you used).
I suggest having your wife co-author the article and add her perspective of force and time, and intensity…it will really round it out.
This will take some work on your and her part…you can use the time you used to use for PE! :) I’ll will be some effort, but really you will help many, many with it!
