Average growth from PE?

I know there is no defined limit for growth from PE, and that everyone gains different amounts, but does anyone have a guess as to roughly what you can gain? Lets say someone PE’s for 16 months, following all the suggestions already stated, like the newbie routine first and working from there, and does not do anything extreme. What can he expect to gain, on average?

Could someone go from 6x5 to 8x6? How common are those gains? Aside from the really dedicated, like 6 hours a day, people, what could someone gain? Maybe this post is confusing to people, so I’ll try to sum it up.

IF YOU ARE DEDICATED, WHAT SHOULD YOUR GAINS BE ROUGHLY?

You already answered your question. I’m not trying to be a smartass, but the answer is, everyone is different, yes it is possible.

IMO average real length growth in a year is about 0.4”

Goes, 0.4” real length growth aint so shabby. After a couple of years of that kind of growth everybody would have a new unit :)

I was basing my opinion on my own experience and on these

Indeed .4 real growth in a year is nothing to laugh about. Do you have an idea about the average growth during puberty? go to number 22. According to that the average length increase in 8 years is 3 inches! And the growth spurt slows down after 13. The growth is more phenomenal if you look at it as a percentile increase over starting size. 91% increase in 8 years. The largest growth happening at 12-13 years, 30.2%. If you had 6.25, you would end up with 8.125 in 1 year. The miracle of hormones!

I am concerned that I’ve been seeing many new members expecting 2 inches in 1 or 2 years. Any increase should be worth it.

With good technique and a disciplined approach, I believe the average would be closer to an inch gain per annum. Using my own benchmarks, I believe I achieved my first inch in about 12-14mos and the second inch in another 12-14mos.

Yeah I’d say most guys gain .5” - .75” in 16 months.

There is data around here that answers that question for you if you search for it.

-Still bitter the y2k bug was a dud.

-My dear boy, do you ask a fish how it swims? (No.) Or a bird how it flies? (No.) Of course not. They do it because they were born to do it...

This is all about consistency and experimenting until you find what works best for you. Most guys quit because they won’t put in the hours over a long period of time.

I have an excel spreadsheet which has data on 50 men who did PE and the gains are pretty consistent. I can email it to anyone interested, but don’t think I can post worksheets on here.

I think there needs to be a dividing line between initial gains and continuing gains.

Lots of people gain .5-1” in the first few weeks/months, but after that the gains slow waaaaaaaay down.

My guesstimate is a bit higher. I think with a consistant routine and good technique 3/4” per year is possible. But, just because I think it’s possible doesn’t mean I think it’s easy. :)

Lots of people talk big but how many really put in the hours…

I definitely agree, the gains don’t come without hard work. Do you think the penis has a max amount of growth it can endure? I mean, if you did this for 20 years, would you be pushing like 15”? Is that possible? Or does it get to a point where the gains are almost non-existent? I think to continue to grow after X amount of years, like 3 or 4 years, your dick would be used to all of the tugging, twisting, pulling, bending, etc., and you would need to apply ridiculous amounts of pressure and stress to make gains. So, in short, I think the only reason that gains would stop would be because we can’t apply the needed forces once our dick gets used to it.
