I measured today after 3 weeks of intense stretching and jelqing and the results were:

Errect lenght : 6.75 (slightly pressing the ruler in )

Errect girth : 5.6 (base) and 5.25 (head)

Flaccid lenght : 4.4 inches

Flaccid girth : 4.65 inches (midshaft)

Gains so far :

0,15 inches lenght (but i believe it’s more because when i measure 6.75 the ruler isn’t pressed very hard)

0.3 inches girth (base) and 0.25 inches at head.

The only way to prevent misinterpretation is to go ahead and press that sucker in short of breaking the skin. Do it consistently - same spot same posture and line of site (I suggest going for maximum “cheat”). That way in the future if you see gains you will be sure and not wonder if it is due to difference in technique because the “cheat” will already have been maximized on the preceding measurement. If you see a gain, its a gain.

I measured right now my errect lenght pushing the ruler really hard (till it hurt) and the lenght is 7 inches.

I measured 6.75 the first time because I don’t feel good with pressing the ruler too much, it’s like I’m cheating on myself because the extra lenght that comes with bp measuring can’t be used/seen. That’s why my goal is set in nbp measurement.

Well, guess I have to update my stats…again :)

Although my new lenght is 7 BP I don’t consider that’s the real one.
The NBP lenght is 6.5 inches and that’s what I’ll say if anyone should ask me (except anyone from this forum ).

I noticed the most guys set their goal at 8 x 6 but the lenght is BP. Why is that ? I know that BP is good for keepimg track of gains but if anybody wants a round number ( such as 8 ) why isn’t that in NBP lenght ?

If you have 8 inches BP lenght the real lenght can’t be greater than 7.5 inches NBP i guess or even less than that .

Has anyone gained more than 1.5 inches only from manual exercises ?

I can’t buy a hanger now and I’ll do only manual exercises.

Can any vet tell me what’s the average gain for most guys in 1 year? (if they’re not hanging ).
I don’t think future gains will come as quick as the ones I made so far and wonder if it posibble to reach my goal over the next year.

As I’ve noticed by now getting girth shouldn’t be a problem at all but I don’t know if lenght will come as easy.

Averages won’t tell how much you can grow.

Re: hanging, homemade hangers are cheap. Lack of funds is no excuse. :)

Is it just me or is there anyone else that finds length easier to gain than girth?
Ive gained about 1.5 ” in length with virtually no gain in girth (OK, a little).
I keep reading how girth is easier to gain than length, but I find the reverse to be true.
Admittedly, my routines are geared towards length (no horse 440’s, uli’s, etc, but lots of stretches and wet jelqs)
Anyone got any ideas?

I guess everybody reacts different even if doing the same exercises. I emphasize on stretching more rather that on jelqing so I was supposed to make more length gains but it seems it’s the opposite. I’ve noticed that some ppl made length gains other have made girth gains from jelqing.Anyway although I was hoping to gain more length I’m happy with girth also because I have yet to reach my girth goal. At this moment I’m happy with any kind of gain. :)
