Thanks for your question I was literally just logging in to update this thread.
Yes I am a believer in the ring of power.
I got the one with zinc copper and four mini magnets.
In addition to this I have stopped watching porn and have not ejaculated for at least two weeks possibly longer. I have been wearing the rop solidly for the last week and combined with other factors am seeing great results.
I have alot of energy: physical and mental.. More than I have had in a long time for sure.
I have a lot more confidence and people notice for sure.
I have an overall sense of wellbeing. And its now hard for my mood to dip into depression.
On top of this my girlfriend of one year has split up with me and kicked me out our place. So I have every reason to be depressed but am finding it very hard to wallow in depression only see the bright side of things.
I realise I was very much at fault in the relationship but I think if someone loves you they accept your never going to be perfect. Anyway I realised I was quite add8cted to filth on the internet.. I started when I was 11 so its been over 20years I thought enough is enough.. Hopefully I won’t backside.
