That must be a very superficial heat.

Well I wouldn’t say that have you ever tried it? It produce great temperature, but I don’t know if I will problems with my testicles that’s why I ask, however I use it above my pants cause I don’t want to burn my skin.

Try a rice sock, or a microwaveable gel pack or even a cloth in very hot water and wrung out; I think you will find them all vastly superior to the hairdryer.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

What are the benefits of heat after the PE workout?

Just thought I would give my 2c on the topic, as this is always a contentious and “hot” topic in PE (see what I did there). I warmed up a handful of times when I started and didn’t really feel like it helped or benefited me all that much. I have never warmed up since I started PE. If it is cold out or my unit has shrivelled up and turtled, I will do a few helicopter shakes and some light stretches before going into the main PE work. To be honest, the main reason I did not bother with warm-ups, as well as feeling they were not of much help, is because they were very time-consuming. Throw in warm-up and warm-downs/cool-downs (I think both are daft), and you got an extra 30 minutes onto your routine that involves you sitting there with a heating pad or rice sock on your cock. I have gained quite well in the year and half I have been doing PE, never any serious injuries or issues, but I understand that many others love heat. As I said earlier, it really all depends on preference. I definitely would not say that they are mandatory though.

I’ll also follow suit and give my 2c: I’m using oxygen heat massage oil for my PE workouts - where I always jelq with that oil. Increases circulation significantly within minutes and makes my entire penis hot from the inside. I have good results gain wise with that approach + pumping with hot water. For ADS/ANS and extender usage, wearing an additional warm sock / wrapping it feels comfortable for me - but as it is all day/night keeping up real “heat” is hard especially when using the heat oil is not feasible (too slippery).

When using any kind of heat source one needs to consider that most of them do NOT penetrate very deep into the tissues, because before they could, the water molecules in the skin would become hot and pain or even burns would be the effect.

The best thing that would actually allow deep heating of tissue is an infrared source with a water filter, like this:

but these are very costly.

Wearing a cockring while use infra red heat should provide the best warm up (did I say that already?).

Interesting. I haven’t heard of such a device. Too bad they don’t list any details of its construction. It provides a low end IR heat as opposed to the far infrared, which debatably has greater beneficial effects.

I’m not sure why we are over thinking this topic. Get it warm, keep it warm and grow.

I too found that a heating pad gives me a better pump session. I wrap a large heating pad around my whole package pump, set the heat to high. I begin pumping, once I find the heat is getting to hot I set the to heat to low. I tell you this, the heat while pumping, feels amazing. I too also noticed I am much bigger then before, with out heat. I pump with the heating pad for about 15 minutes. Max pressure 10HZ. If you haven’t tried pumping with a heating pad, you don;t know what your missing….

Which heating pad, specifically, do people recommend for wrapping around their pump? Seems slightly dangerous…water pumping and an electric heating pad. :/

You can get one that’s designed for moist heat. It will indicate that it’s designed for moist heat on the box. You should still be careful to keep the cord and heat control from getting wet. Word of advice, remove the pad from the cylinder a few minutes before exciting the tube. It’s much hotter when exciting than one would think.

Nice thread. Am finding a hot bath before hanging is having benefits. Also relaxes me so I can always become totally flaccid before putting on my Captain’s Wench.
