Is it ok to leave my ball ringer kit on while I do my PE routine?

I can’t see why not? How long would you leave it on normally!
I leave it on for about an hour/ hour and a half at a time, sometimes more.

How long are you supposed to keep them on for? I remember hearing that other members would wear their ball stretchers for much longer than that.
I hear some people leave it on over night, but i can’t walk witht hem so I take them off whenever I leave them on. Other wise if I move weird my one ball sucks up and the weights come apart.

Where you planning on sleep walking? Were you going sleepwalking with the people leaving it on overnight, or with the ball stretchers or both?
