Bundle stretches

…or what were they called? Well, shortly after DLD came up with the bundle stretches I tried them but decided not to incorporate them into my regime. It somehow frightened me to “wring out” my dick like a soaked towel and I couldn’t believe in the string or chords theory behind it. However, after having read the opinion, that BTC stretching only provides limited effectiveness with a low LOT I try to find my favourite tunica stretch. And I revisited the bundle stretch. Do any of you do bundle stretches on a regular basis. What is your mid term experience. Are they effective for tunica stretching. Please also answer related questions I didn’t think of to ask :D One more I have: Are there specific risks in doing them? :confused:

I’ll take a stab at the second question: Are there specific risks in doing them?

I don’t think so. The penile tissues are rather elastic and these exercises should be done completely flaccid. Without blood in the CC and with the stretch lasting only a few seconds to a minute, the veins, nerves, etc. shouldn’t be negatively affected.

Twisting the CC while stretching should put different stresses on them from straight out pulling. This would, in theory, allow for added or different growth of the cells.

Have you tried the twist while also using a broomstick, small PVC pipe or the Power Assist? It gives an even greater potential to cell growth.

I like ‘em. They give me more solid ground for stretching, I can apply more force and the right tissues (The area of tunica behind the balls and ligaments) take more of the stress.

Just recently I started doing them again. I’m doing somewhat 1-2 sets of 10, 30 sec stretches while reverse kegeling, daily, along my other routine, which is mostly sort of squeezes and jelqs. I’m getting a hell of a stretch, saw 1/8” gain for it and more to come.

Neighter did I really find these that different back then, when they were first introduced, but now they seem to be just right for me.

westla, thank you for your statement. No, I don’t use an A or V stretch supportive device, due to my “office mens room work out”. But I form a fulcrum with my non-pulling hand. You can imagine that my twistet member doesn’t provide my full FSL, therefore a decent A or V stretch would be hard to apply anyway.

I hope someone can add some practical experience to this…

Edit: Oh, in between, base joined in! Thanks base !!! This encourages me to stick to them!

I do them daily and love them. I use them with mainly A stretches.

I do them once in a while, but I’m “cautious” about exerting too much force. Irrational? Perhaps. I just get a sneaking suspicion that my unit is in a more vulnerable position by being twisted that way - so I don’t pull like a madman while doing bundled stretches. But I do get a great stretch out of them. I think DLD said they especially help in cementing gains. So I tend to do some at the end of a session.

…and who of you is twisting his unit 720°, like DLD suggested (if I remember correctly)? I only twist mine 360° for the time being… and I just came back from the mens room doing my morning work out :D , ‘he’ was hanging down to my knees (OK, only half ways) after I was done :D

720? Hell no… I can barely get a little over 360, something around 400.

around 400°? Hell no… my dick can’t stand looking at the world in an inclined angle, so I only twist in multiples of 360°. Once I twisted 180° only and ‘he’ fell sick immediately and almost puked :chuckle:

I’m sort of slowly working into more and more rotation, but usually I do that 360 too.

Bundled stretches are one thing the Power Jelq (canning jar lifter!) does very well. I can easily twist at different points along the shaft and stretch as I twist. Up towards the glans I can do at least one full turn around and hit the tunica more; down towards the base I can twist it about three quarters of a turn and hit the ligs. I also use the device to do bundles when fairly erect. I grap down near the base and twist a half turn or so. It gives a pretty good Uli effect while stretching the ligs and lower tunica.

Nice to hear people using the bundled stretch :) I usually do one bundled twisted to the left, straight up, for 1 minute. Then I do a regular, straight up stretch, for 1 minute. Then one bundled twisted to the right and so on…. I find these stretches combined with regular tunica work to be most effective. * Just remember to check color of your glands!

I do two full twists in alternating directions, I switch it up every stretch.
