Cementing Girth Gains
Hey guys, I’ve been doing a combination of squeezes and horses for two weeks now. I do it in the AM and usually get amazing girth gains all throughout the day, usually wearing PE weights and a little ADS throughout. However, after I go to sleep, I seem to lose a lot of the gains.
I use a space heater for warming up so that may be why I get incredible temporary expansion gains.
Are there any tips for trying to cement at least a little bit of the gains? It’s getting very frustrating, going from monster girth and then losing it so quickly.
