Hey guys, I’ve been doing a combination of squeezes and horses for two weeks now. I do it in the AM and usually get amazing girth gains all throughout the day, usually wearing PE weights and a little ADS throughout. However, after I go to sleep, I seem to lose a lot of the gains.

I use a space heater for warming up so that may be why I get incredible temporary expansion gains.

Are there any tips for trying to cement at least a little bit of the gains? It’s getting very frustrating, going from monster girth and then losing it so quickly.

Keep using the routine that is bringing you success. Over time, the temporary gains will incrementally get more permanent.

It doesn’t really bother me because usually I wake up in the morning, nice and plump.

Right on. It just take time, well worth the time.

It took me over a year to cement it.
