Centrifugal effect of a long helicopter stretch

As part of my routine I have always given my dick a good spin for about 20 seconds between stretches to regain circulation. Think this is described as a helicopter spin. I wondered what the effects of a prolonged version of this might be? Maybe something centrifugal?

Is spinning/swinging the dick for several minutes actually providing a reasonable all round stretch?

Just wondered if anyone had tried this over a prolonged period and got decent results.

I don’t think there’s enough force or time to see any kind of gains. It’s like doing a bench press. If you can bench 300lbs but just bench the bar there really is no benefit unless you bench the bar like 400 times and fatigue the hell out of your chest.

Unless you get a couple of hundred RPMs going, :-P I don’t see how centrifugal force would have any noticeable effect.

If I am correct you mean a spin of 360 degrees? I have that technique in my routine and I believe it will give you length gains. I do them 10 times a day.

That’s the one! As fast as possible - Certainly maximises my flacid length.

Just curious as to whether a really sustained daily spin would have any impact.

Also feels good when erect, providing a strong multi directional stretch.

I do them flaccid, about 10 seconds each. I really feel some lig pops and have a really good flaccid afterwards.

Circular motion

Eventually, when your flaccid has grown enough, you can upgrade into the “skip rope” exercise.

Just added them into my standard routine plus some extras when I’m having a piss - Well not actually whilst I am pissing that would be stupid and wet.

I know the pay site “forsize” or whatever it is called ( that is a waste of money by the way) describes a slapping exercise which is basically the same theory as spinning, except back and forth or up and down instead of circles. I never thought it would work.

If you could figure a way to attach your dick to a drill motor, you might get enough rpms to build up some serious pressure.
