What do you think about this:

Get an erection, place some wrap around your penis, attach the clamp to maintain the erection, wait a bit until the “erection” between clamp and base subsides and hang some weight to the clamp?`
I think this is a really effective exercise, I can keep it 15-20 mins until I have to remove it.

I alternate normal hanging with this during one session….

Do you feel an actual stretch when doing so?

You’re OK with staying clamped for 15-20 minutes at a time? Are you only doing one set per day? Is that your entire PE routine? I’m intrigued…

That sounds extremely dangerous to me. Clamping alone creates extreme pressure inside your penis. Adding weight to that is asking for injury.

Ok i have to clear things up maybe:
When I “clamp” I get an erection, take a theraband of 7*1 inches and wind it a few times around my penis. Then i take a piece of cloth 6*1 inches around the wrapped penis (double protection). Then I click a clamp like this to keep erection up. I attach around 3 pounds to this after the erection between clmap and penis base is gone.

I get a medium-high pressure on shaft and glands but its exactly the same weight I use for normal hanging. And yes, I feel a stretch while doing this. A downside besides from injury if you do it wrong could be that a lesser part of the penis is stretched because its erect…so i switch between “clamphanging” and hanging during 1 workout.

It is a part of a much bigger routine (warmup-jelq-stretch-clamphang-hang-ADS).

I used this technique for over a year now and never had problems. I got the idea because just clamping wasnt worth it for me since lenght is my primary goal but some more girth would also be very nice to keep the proportions.

In the beginning I can leave it put on for 15-20 mins, when i hang in between and clamphang then again its maybe only 10-12 mins each set.

Right. You can easily damage your urethra this way and also break the tunica albuginea.

I do a different version of this: the penis is flaccid and the clamp is a AFB hanger. Still dangerous though, not for newbie and it will strengthen your penis very fast. Could just be the last resort to get that last few millimters that will make you happy for life.

Dangerous. I would avoid this routine. Once again Mems routine is what you are looking for.

@marinera: But what does this AFB hanger exercise have to do with a non-manual girth exercise (since the penis is flaccid as you said)? Because that is what I am looking for, best combined with some lenght gaining included (thats what I try with my exercise).

Of course I always try to stay on the safe side when doing this exercise. I can only hang max. 3,5 pounds when I hang regularly.
3 pounds when I do this clamphang thing. It never hurt and its like doing jelqs (in an unefficient way, but still doing something for girth) so throwing it in here and there shouldnt be a problem. Jelqing also gives a lot of stress to tunica and urethra so being careful is important for regular jelqs and the clamphang.

Basically, it is one long flaccid dry jelq, done with weigths. The AFB hanger allows some blood flow so the set can be long (I did a 35 minutes set without darkening etc.). The sticks od the AFB should be flat, the hanger, is attached close to the base, the weight should be high (I have used up to 50 lbs, which I do NOT suggest to anyone) although in the safe side. I’ll tell you it hurts and gives the best discoloration ever, but your penis will be thick for some hours as you never seen before.

What is a flaccid dry jelq? Jelqing means there is blood in the penis… I assume you mean in the penis head there is some blood left?

So you get an erection, let it nearly subside, fix the hanger and then there is some blood trapped in? And in the course if the 35 mins the blood goes away?
I mean you can only do a "dry jelq" if there is some blood in the penis but "allowing some blood flow" means it becomes flaccid…

Whats the difference to normal hanging than?

No no erection at all. The penis is flaccid. The difference with normal hanging is that you don’t wrap - wrap pushes blood away from your penis - and the hanger is attached very near the base; after a while, it will start to slide toward the floor no matter how tight you fixed it. So it is basically a long, high intensity dry jelq.

But why do you call it “dry jelq” then if ifs flaccid? Its just regular hanging….without wrapping….

Doest it hurt without wrapping? I imagine that a hanger sliding downwards my shaft without a wrap is quite hurtful.

I wrap the sticks with cut bycicle tires, but yes it hurts.

Ms tnt did c-pulls. She would pull my clamped cock for 15 minutes. We also did squeezes while clamped for 15 minutes a long with 15 minute clamped edging.

Read my thread in my signature. I also double, triple and quadriple clamped. I never advertised the multi clamping until later of my thread.
