How does compression from a vagina/fleshlight affects the penis when clamped? I used a fleshlight while clamping today and it was much easier to maintain the erection. But isn’t the compression counterproductive when clapming or can it be seen as clamped squeezes?

I would be worried about up and down friction on the veins.

That, and cumming with a clamp on is not a great idea.

I nearly always clamp when I have sex now. I use to do it when I started PE and was only 5.5” girth and I would get to nearly 6” while clamped so I did it for the extra girth. I got used to it and now I really enjoy it. I am 7” girth now and I struggle with keeping a full erection for the entire sex session but clamping helps keep me hard. I don’t know if it is bad to orgasm while clamped but I do and I have not experienced any problems.

7 Inch Girth is absolutely Massive.

Yes I know.. I was always happy with 7” length but I’m going to try to get to 8” so it looks more in proportion. I may even lose some girth while doing it.
