You can get longer time but you will lose some pressure/expansion. As with everything it’s best to test it out to see what your dick responds to best

I superglued some mouse pad to a cable clamp and found this to work pretty well at first. But it feels a little hit and miss with the level of engorgement. I am often unsure about how tight to clamp and if I am getting it at the right angle (screw at the bottom?). I am often scared of kegeling too hard for fear of popping a valve or something, and often my erection will fade away in the first 2-3 minutes unless I keep stimulating.

Cock rings I like to put on when I wake up with morning wood but still feel like staying half asleep for a little while longer. As a newbie I feel like I am better off using a bunch of cock rings for a while and then I guess slowly easing into the clamping.

Nice work looks comfortable. I just bought a baby sock to solve the issue and I just wear it at the base of my penis before putting the cable clamp, it’s simple and works wonders.

I want ask how much you guys grow when clamping? I do heat and 3x 10min clamping I go from 13.5->15 cm girth. After clamping I stay +14cm girth atleast few hours. My goal is to get +14 girth

No idea, never measured, but not too much cause i clamp lightly to avoid injuries but probably half a centimeter or so.

I would agree with Accro, 1.5cm sounds quite a lot.

I’m getting around 1cm inrease while clamped, sometimes more sometimes less

When I’m clamped, I get .125” bigger. If I clamp after a pump session, I get .25” bigger.

What I don’t understand and would like to ask you guys, how exactly do people in videos that I happened to watch for guides clamp so god damn hard?

For me personally if I try more than 5 ticks in the clamp I overtrain insanely heavily and turtle for 2-3 weeks. I can only clamp lightly for about 10 minutes max and 1 set only. Doing more would kill my penis for long time.

While I see people even here posting pictures with cock rings and clamp to basically suffocation of the penis and claiming no issues, I really don’t get if I’m very sensitive, doing it wrong or whatever the fuck.

Maybe some penis’s are more responsive to PE and some penis’s are conditioned or less responsive and take more work to get any kind of response

Or maybe you just have strong erection quality = you get a great level of engorgement when clamped lightly

So.. Turtling is a sign of injury? My dick hangs different every day but I feel like it hangs a little bit lower (flacid) since starting clamping
