There are a lot of warnings of not passing 10 mins. You really need to check for discoloration and discomfort and quickly release the clamp. Don’t use the garden hose clamps were a tools is required. Instead use the “cable clamp pro”.

Hey this air clamp idea is really intriguing. Any one here using a similar method? I did some looking into it and it looks like you could probably use veterinary blood pressure cuffs or possibly an occlusion cuff for this purpose. I have to think this method of clamping would be superior to the cable clamp approach.

Just started clamping about 3 weeks ago. Been a pumper on and off for years so my dick is well trained in the PE department. The clamping has opened my eyes big time. Just 3x5min sessions to start have seen noticeable gains in hardness. Which I’m happy with. Slowly gonna increase time. Have tried hose clamps but nowhere near as good as the proper clamps most use. Looking to increase girth more than anything but have noticed a bit more length too. This must be because I really make sure the clamp is pushed against pubic bone when it’s on. Makes a massive difference. Was wondering if it’s a good idea to move about when clamp is on. Been told it increases circulation. I usually stay sat down.

May I ask the size of the clamp. I see them on Amazon med =2 inch large =3 inch my girth 5.75 I have been doing PE for 2 years and think clamping seems like the next step thank you everyone for the help and great articles.

So, I’ve been doing some *very light* clamping, primarily as an erection aid. It’s simpler than trying to fight one of those rubber rings on, and I can adjust the amount of constriction easily. I’m not trying to restrict blood flow any more than needed for a 75% or so erection.

At about three minutes I’m getting a spaghetti-size strand along the left side, about 10 o’clock; very firm to hard. It doesn’t hurt. I’ve been declamping at five minutes; by then, I’m starting to develop another strand on the right side, about 2 o’clock.

When declamped, they shrink down in a couple of minutes, and are completely gone shortly after.

I’ve read the definitions for “thrombosed vein”, and it doesn’t seem to be that. Many clampers have mentioned veins swelling, but it sounds like it takes a lot longer and more clampage to get that. Could it be the lymph ducts?
