I just wanted to say that I found an amazing pad to use while clamping, a wrist bad. Like one of those ones you wear while you play sports to wipe sweat off your forehead. I’m not even sure what they’re for actually, but you probably know what I’m talking about.
I just found out that a good pad makes a huuuuuuuuuge difference in clamping quality. Previously I was using this stupid little piece of cloth and I would have to fool around and make sure it was under the clamp all the time and it would bunch up too. The wrist band is perfect though. It’s a perfect width, perfect tightness, and doesn’t bunch up at all. Tightening the clamp is also way smoother.
Just thought I would share that. I just had the best clamp I’ve ever had with a wrist band that I found, I’m glad I found it.
