Today was a great clamping workout, the last set was INTENSE, as I decided to add a little more cushioning between the penis and the clamp. This resulted in more pressure and what an engorgement! I had never felt it like this, when I pressed the clamp against me and kegelled, when I let go it was such a feeling, my cock was rock rock hard, I even unclicked once or twice because I was afraid..

I got half an inch girthier with today’s workout (while clamped), to me it’s a record, I know for some is not much, I really don’t know why I don’t expand more but my penis was really very hard.. Couldn’t stretch more. Oh and length was also bigger by about half inch!

I did 3 sets of 10 minutes, with short periods in between (maybe 2-3minutes), like aristocane does I believe. What do you guys (and BG) think of this approach?

One thing that has been worrying me is this: after the workout, my cock feels pertty loose, plump, etc.. But sometimes it gets shriveled up more than usual (smaller flaccid than if I didn’t do PE that day). How can this be explained? It seems like it’s some defense mechanism but it also appears that goes away on it’s own, quite soon. I hope this is not hindering my gains, if so what can be done? Right now as I type my flaccid is back to normal, maybe even a little bigger. I did my clamping today about 8 hours ago.

Also, should I try and keep the erection in a considerable level of erection (ie between 70 and 80%) while clamped, or should I let it deflate as time goes on? I believe if I keep the erection at theses percentages intensity and gains are optimal, but I am not sure.

I was just wondering whether you do any warm up before clamping. From what I’ve read so far it doesn’t sound like it.

Also, do you just not do anything at all while clamped? No jelqing, no kegelling, no sqeezing, nothing? To me it sounds like from the start, you don’t warm up, just get an erection, clamp as hard as you can, leave the clamp on for 10 minutes, then take it off. After that maybe repeat a few times. Is this correct?

I just did my first clamping this morning before I went to work. Just to try it out, I did 3 sets of 5 minutes each….its awesome feeling how hard your cock gets. Sweet thing is it takes almost zero effort…just clamp and do whatever you want.

I’m no vet.. But I ALWAYS warm up, and I keep my erection throughout the clamping. I haven’t really jelqed or anything much while I do my sets but I edge for the entire time.

I’ve got another question. I think I’m either doing my clamp up too tight or too loose. I’m getting very very little expansion. I’ll either be about my regular girth or maybe 1/8” over that, at the most 3/16. I know part of this is just the fact that I don’t think my tissue is very expandable because it’s almost impossible for me to gain girth, but I still think I should be expanding more than that.

So how tight should I do the clamp exactly? Do I just get the biggest erection I can get and then basically clamp it shut as hard as I can, or should I leave a little room for blood to come in and out?

Any tips from the veterans?

Try looping the clamp over your erect dick loosely, then ratchet the clamp up click by click while kegelling so you stay hard…watch some porn or something to focus on ie ‘Big Wet Asses’ on DVD or something..:) At some point there should be a sweet spot at which you maintain engorgement without discomfort. All dicks react differently so don’t worry undully just because you’re not getting the expansion others do initially.

I’ve been clamping pretty solidly for 7 months or so with no discoloration to speak of. I put this down to 2 things; 1) Luck and 2) not overdoing it time/pressure wise. :)

Perpetuating Preapism, the Secret to Girth.

Doing 10 to 15 sets a day is pretty extreme. I only recommend this for those who already have very tough shafts. I do that many sets and sometimes a few more on the three days I do aggressive girth work edging in the clamp. (Clampathons). This is too much clamping for most people. Two sessions a day one evening and one morning is pretty good. Each session should be at least three ten-minute sets with massage and dry jelqing between each set, enough to restore circulation. This is a very good routine than can be done seven days a week, or with one day rest day at most. I switch off three days girth and two days length, this way I can get by with working some sort of PE seven days a week.

For you guys who have the pe weights, I suggest slipping just one on without wrap after a Clamping session. Pull the tip of your dick through the ring and press the ring deep into the fat pad pulling all excess PE skin or foreskin through the ring to the tip so the skin bunches up at the tip like a cushion between the ring and the glands. The post PE swell will keep the ring on for a while until it subsides and the ring becomes lose, then take it off and fowfer or manual stretch when you can. For me, if my girth slims up enough the Monty’s biggest ring with out the rubber coating starts to slip off, it’s time for more clamping. Wearing the ring after a clamping session will keep you comfortably engorged without cutting off circulation. Doing whatever you have to do to keep your dick as plump as possible as much as possible is the secret to gaining girth; we should try to stay in a constant state of semi preapism. I know it is a tiresome job, but “Never let it turtle,” is the quickest way to a bigger dick.

Bib used to say hang first, because the other stuff makes you too sore for the hanger, and I have to agree than clamping and pumping may make you to thick for the hanger, especially for the bib. I’m currently working with a new device that may change all of this, but I will have to get back to you all after a good test period. For now I think it is better to separate length days from girth days, however you can do manual stretching and some jelqing almost anytime.
