I am back to grow in girth! My girlfriend, who I intend to marry, sometimes thinks that my length is too much and hurts her but she likes me post pumped cock girth so I am looking to add girth!

Routine:

1. Pump erect for 20 minutes at high HG, around 12, and then clamp for 10-20 minutes
2. Repeat twice a day
3. Use heat before and during each set. Both clamping and pumping

Questions:

1. Should I pump or clamp first?
2. Is there any other passive things that I could add to make this more effective?
3. In addition to using heat, is there any information out there to prove that vibration on the cock will help aid in growth? It would definitely create more tissue breakdown if it is something like a massager being used during clamping.

You could try doing a warmup with heat for 5-10 minutes, then jelq for a few, then clamp for maybe 5 minutes. After that you go in the tube for 10 minutes and after that you take a break and clamp again for 5 minutes, then finish it off with the pump for the remaining minutes of the pump session. I’m just imagining how it could work inside the penis. Jelqs gives you that good blood flow and erection while the clamping engorges it to its maximum, and pumping inflates it even more. Doing this will put a fair amount of stress on your dick so be careful if you are not used to PE and clamping.
