Since I began PE about 2 months ago, I took my initial measurements and decided not to measure again until I, not the ruler, noticed a difference.

I just started clamping today… and I am just curious, if your “clamped” size has any correlations to your “soon gained” size or your “current gained with viagra” size. I had to measure after my first clamp, and when I did I was just over 8” bpel and almost 6 in girth. Obviously this is bigger than I have ever been before, but is swelled size something I can currently achieve if I was more verile perhaps? Or what?

I occassionnally have difficulty sustaining the hardness in my erections and keep them “rock hard” … I don’t know if this is normal for someone as young as I am, or something derived from me having a testosterone defeciancy maybe. Is there any way to tell? Anyway to naturally boost T levels?

I do a pretty aggressive routine, wearing the AutoEXT a few hours each day while at work and at home, followed with now 3-6 reps of 10mins clamping, jelquing usually every or every other day, and doing some ulis/horse 440’s both when jelquing and clamping (slightly), and pumping a few times a week. I have only been doing this for 2 months about, and my initial stats are in my sig…

Sorry for being vague, but I don’t really know what exact answer I am looking for. Especially since I am not really noticing any gain in flaccid length, or normal erect length… although there might be some, and I am just not picking up on it visually. It is hard for me to judge my length in comparison to others and in lengths I see in porn, because I am usually a much bigger/bulkier guy (not fat :P) than most of the things I can compare too… bigger hands too.

In any case, clamping has given me a whole new motivation in PE… seeing your dick almost the size of a beer bottle is very encouraging.

There’s probably a relationship between your potential size and the size in the clamp, but I don’t think anyone can make predictions. You should keep track of things and let us know in a few months.

This is a frequent complaint, especially from those with “aggressive routines.” It’s not impossible for young guys to have low T, but it’s pretty unusual. Six ten-minute clamp sessions PLUS Ulis and Horse squeezes PLUS pumping added to jelqing and an ADS device may eventually cause a major injury that will put you on the disabled list. This isn’t a contest to see who gets bigger first. You might want to consider a slightly slower approach and stop beating up your dick so much or your loss of hard wood may end up hanging around for a long time.

That makes it sound more aggressive than it really is… I usually just do PE everyday when I have time pretty casually, and ofcourse using the ADS for “sit days at work.” I mentioned so much, because I use everything I’ve learned to have a good effect on PE… not all neccesarily at the same time on the same day, and I have never been in pain/seen physical distortions. I meant aggressive as in “I do alot” as in alot more compared to jelking and strecthes.

I still get boners easiler, and maintain them for well over an hour and then an hour more if I am doing something that requires it hard for that long :) … I was refferring to the “rock hard,” state I can usually only get right before you cum, or iunno…. hard to explain I guess.

If you can get a boner easily and sustain them for two hours, you have nothing to worry about - even if it is NOT rock-hard. I would kill for that. Even Viagra won’t do that for me.


*I measure PRE-WORKOUT, normal erection* Started: 7 EBP x 4.9 EG. Several years on and off PE, now 8.125 EBP length x 5.5 EG midshaft (5.8 base). Working on girth (clamping) again after breaks due to injuries - fast recent gains! Pics

In my opinion, with only two months of experience under your belt, you are setting your up for injury.

But you’re the captain of your ship. If you want to have it, then have it.

Does anyone know if the effect of clamping is any different than what occurs when you wear a cock ring? Seems to me to be the same basic principle except maybe you can get more pressure with a clamp

Yes, it works on the same principle, namely constriction. It would be a good place for you to start. Stay away from the metal rings or anything too rigid.
