1) How is manual clamping done?
Clamping refers to the use of a mechanical device, such as a cable clamp to hold blood in the penis. I’ve never seen anything on this site about “manual clamping.” If you want to mimic the action of a cable clamp just use a strong “OK” grip at the base after you have achieved a full erection. You have to have strong hands to do that.
2) For a first time clamper, how long is a good time to clamp?
If you use a cable clamp, start at something like five minutes. I’d say never go beyond 15 even after you’re experienced. When I’ve done it, I’ve used three 10 minute session.
3) Should I clamp after my girth routine?
Clamping is a girth routine, so I’d say no.
4) Is their anything else I should know about clamping?
If you’re using a cable clamp you can click it down slowly. Get an erection and put a wrap around the base. I use the self-stick elastic bandages like the “Ace” wrap. This is to help keep from pinching the skin with the clamp. One layer is enough. Put the clamp on and Kegel some blood into your penis. Then click it to the next notch. Stimulate yourself a bit to get harder. Kegel and click down another notch. Repeat until you can’t click down any more. While you wait out the time (as I said I only go for 10 minutes) keep stimulating yourself to get harder. It is the build up of pressure that helps in girth growth. Release the clamp and wait five minutes before starting again (I only do three sets).
Doing it manually, you probably won’t be able to get the same results. If you’re old enough to be here you’re old enough to drive. Get yourself to a hardware store and buy a real clamp. They cost only a couple dollars. Using your hand is a poor substitute.
