Sorry for asking this but I’d like to see a thread where clamping is explained in full detail.

I searched but didn’t found it

Means that clamping is a girth exercise. For an explanation of BPEL, look here.

But if you clamp right, you can actually gain in length and in girth. You have to have patience when putting on the clamp. Do all you pulling exercises and then put the clamp on. Here is where the patience comes. put the clamp as close to your pelvic bone and don’t click all the way but allow blood to flow in kegeling and let your dick swell. Push the clamp closer to the bone and you may have to click the clamp one time, and allow the blood to flow in. repeat this until the clamp up against the bone it will move no more and then give it it’s last click or as far as the click can go. You dick will grow in length and in girth at the same time. Do this 3x at 15 minutes with a five minute warm break in between. My last 15 minutes I (I hate to post this as I have mentioned to Bird2 about this cause it is high risk) I clamp pull. This is not for everybody. You need to know and be aware of your limitations.

Is a cock ring a good substitute for a clamp?

No cock ring is as good as a clamp, but can help serve a similar purpose, albeit to a lesser extent. I recommend using adjustable or rubber/jelly/silicone rings rather than metal just from a safety stance..:)

I see you clamp your balls as well, what does that do?

I don’t clamp my balls per se, every now and again I clamp my cock behind the balls (BTB) but only for 5 minute periods every so often. It just helps to give good expansion to the hidden shaft within and behind the sac. Any longer than 5 minutes would be detrimental to the balls IMO.

I have never done this, but it makes a lot of sense. I think I will try this. What do you call every once in awhile? Once a week?

Well ok I’m doing it more than I should but you’re just as bad with your clamp pulls.. About once a day 5 on 2 off for 5 minutes only…:hide:
