Im contemplating purchasing a cock ring for after workouts to keep my penis more engorged. At the moment Ive got one of my wifes little hair elastics, folded it half and have been wearing that for the past hour and my cock is plumpier, also have been doing many kegels. Is this beneficial while healing and is it a bad idea to wear it all night, it doesnt hurt at all!

I would suggest investing in a silicone cock ring. I wear mine (behind testicles) when I do O-bends and jelqs. It would probably be ok to wear it all day/night as long as it is not too tight and you don’t wear it behind your testicles.

I really don’t think it’s a good idea to wear at night. This would interfere with your nocturnal erections which are an important part of the healing process. Plus you would be unconcious and unaware if your dick started to turn black and blue, perhaps until it was too late (due to tissue death).

Is the use of cock rings considered an “advanced” technique?
