CS growth?

Did you have growth in your CS ? Yes / No ?

And if so..what did you do?

Any ideas on how to target the CS for enlargement?

I don’t know if you’re still looking for an answer, but it may benefit other members anyway. There is a jelqing technique on pegym which is particularly effective for this.

The jelq is called “Ultimate Jelq” a member called rbi99 came up with the idea.

High erection level squeezes and clamping should help too.

I think i’m gonna keep an eye on this thread.


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Meanwhile I had some success with stengthening the BC muscle. Which puts more pressure onto the CS.
But nothing standing out.

great exactly the probe I have and want to solve!

I think I will try to do them also during clamping. As marinera says its very spongy and It can take some Intensity IMO(if you are advanced and conditioned)

As I said, when you’re conditioned enough, a combo of these jelqs and high EL squeezes / clamping should work fine.

You may also want to check my thread "idea on jelqing", it works great with UJs, of course, stay safe and be cautious.

I believe cs gains come and go quicker, especially in the first few months .

I guess it might have to with them expanding quiet easily but also reverting back to its original state readily.

My CS is definitely growing thanks mainly to pumping. Jelqing helps too.

How is the rigidness of your CS? ..and did it improve?

CS is pretty much the same hardness as before, it’s much softer than my CC which is becoming harder. Sometimes too much it hurts me.
