I just came off of a month decon. I did masturbate/edge/balloon. But no stretching, jelquing, or any other PE move.
For what it is worth, before the decon I had a sense that I was about to gain, but needed time off to do so. I had been seeing inconsistent numbers on the ruler - somedays an extra 1/16, or an 1/8 or nothing extra at all.
At the end of the decon things had solidified to 1/8” gain. My intuition tells me this is a case of:
time off + edge/ballooning = solidifying/cementing
Just something I feel, your mileage may vary. Some guys seem to find edging more stressful than a PE workout.
