Decon breaks work

So I was about 3 months or so into my PEing when I realized that I wasn’t growing any more. So I figured I was time to take a week or two off to let my dick heal. I was skeptical at first that my gains would stay but they did. The first few days had some shrinking then it started to grow and feel more strong and permanent as the days went on. After a week or so I felt like my dick was settled and ready for more PE. When I started back up again it was like starting all over only with a bigger dick. After a couple weeks went by my dick grew to bigger sizes then ever before. If you are noticing a decrease in progression try taking a decon break it worked for me. If anyone else has had a similar experience please leave a message so I know I’m not crazy for thinking this works.

Baywatch just reported gains after a three week break. You grew 2/10Th’s in girth great job!

Good to hear. I started PE last May, and gained 1/4” a week for my first two weeks in a row! What a mind blower that was. Then it slowed down, and I think I only gained about another 1/4” by the end of July. Then they just stopped. I took a two week break, started back up, still no gains for a month, so I took another break. Tomorrow will mark my three weeks off point. Can’t wait to start back up. Hope I can finally see some gains. As pumped as I got when I first gained so quickly, I got pretty frustrated, when it stopped.I’m still hanging around and looking forward to starting back up, so my frustration hasn’t gotten the best of me. I’m gonna wait one more week, till the four week mark. I’ve gone up from 6” to 7” in length, and gained a 16th in girth, so this definitely works. I hope I get some newbie style gains when I start back up. If I can get another inch in the next six months, I’ll hit the 8” mark. How cool would that be?

After about a two-month plateau stuck at 6” BPEL, I took a few weeks off. After starting back up for a few weeks, I’m now bumping up against 6 1/8” BPEL. So it does seem like the rest helped a little bit.


God gave me: 4.75" BPEL / 5" EG

Currently: 6" BPEL / 5.25" EG

Goal: 7" BPEL / 5.75" EG

You’re not crazy. Worked for me in the past, and hope it works for me again since I seem to take a month or two off by mistake due to school and time constraints.

My dad was a bodybuilder and a gym owner. He used to drum it into me that a lot of the competition winners only worked the same muscle every other day (this was in the 60s & 70s, God alone knows what they get up to now). Sure they might go to the gym every day, but they would work the muscle sets in rotation - legs one day abs and pecks another etc. The idea with muscles is that they get slightly damaged and tired on the work day, and need to repair themselves on the rest days. It’s the repairing that actually represents the gain - everything else is just pumping up. I know the penis is not an ordinary muscle, but I think some of the principles must apply. I am fairly new to PE and have not got into a rhythm yet, but rest days are going to be a big feature. Resting is counter-intuitive for some people, so it will probably be some time until the optimum rest regimen has been agreed by the PE community.

Penis is not a muscle but you are 100%! I never could agree with theory “more is better”, or “don’t stop” and always believed in periods of rest. Just think about it, there is no logic in believing that penis grows when we pull it…When? In a moment we pull it? 5 minutes after it? :) it is not possible in my opinion to make penis grow from one day to another(not to mention “after workout”). Look at things when you injure your self in finger(cut with knife) how much time do you need to make it heal? At least few days. I can’ believe that penis which is far more complex can be injured and healed withing 24h period. Otis is just another great example of that-rest periods are necessary…it is the only period penis really heals and gains. Maybe there are people who have bodies that can heal very fast but this must be minority.

I first noticed decon breaks worked when I would do 8 weeks ON 3 weeks OFF for ab exercises. Then I noticed they worked when I was PEing on and off during the course of a year. Everytime I would restart each I would get almost instant gains within a week or two. Now I’m on a Pumping/Power Jelqing routine of 6 weeks ON and 2 weeks OFF. It’s all about keep your body from building up tolerances.


Get in where ya fit in.

I have had some descent gains in 6 months , would any one suggest that one should take a break at this point.
Growth is such a slow process that it’s hard to truley discern if any is really taking place.

If you stop for a week or two can you go right back in to clamping , or should you newbie for several weeks?

I’m about to hit the four week mark. I haven’t lost any gains and was hoping to start back up after this weekend. Any one think this is too short of a break? I took a two week one a little over a month ago that was too short and did me no good. I think a month will be enough, but I’m unsure.

Agreed…..I was off program for almost 5 weeks and lost nothing at all.

I am just now getting back to it and hitting bigger post workout measurements than before.


06/21/07 NBP = 7.75(tape) FSL = 7.875 EG = 5.00 Volume= 15.42

09/13/07 NBP = 8.375 FSL = 8.75 EG = 5.38 Volume = 19.29 (+25%)

12/26/07 NBP = 8.625 FSL = 8.75 EG = 5.50 Volume = 20.82 (+35%)

What’s the avearge time for a break? I am stopping PE till the mid December point.

That’s 3 weeks or so , I think it probably takes about 2 months to completely decondition as if you had never done PE

For me, more PE has for most of the time meant more gains… But we are all different.

8.75 EG! That’s a big Johnson you have there. What is your BPEL- not stretched length?
