who made big gains WITHOUT decon breaks?

If so, how much did you gain in total without breaks?

I gained 3.5cm in length and 3cm in girth without breaks since February.

I changed a lot about my routine over time. I believe that amazing isometrics is the key, because it helped me to keep the gains.

A brief description of the most important things:

10x 15 sec ulis
2x 15 min clamping (only did it 10 days, gained 0.5 cm in girth)
10x 15 sec horses
5 minutes of concentrated, high pressure jelqs
7x 3 minutes of streching
6x 1 minute of inverted v stretches
5x 20 sec amazing isometrics (description in this threat: Newbie PE)

I started at 16x14 cm, I am now 19.5x17 cm, goal 22x17 cm :D

Although I changed routines during that time, I did not take a PE break of more than a week during two years. Gained 2.39 L, 0.75 G.

I do think that when gains aren’t coming at all, a decon break and/or serious rethinking of routine a good thing.

Why are you interested in the thought that “a no break PE career” can give big gains? Is it it because you’re now PEing very consequently (which is a good thing) and wonder if you will gain more then the period of being not so consequently in the past?

XLmagnum had written a thread about deconditioning breaks. It helped him a lot in therms of gaining. I had a deconditioning break in the past also and I experienced some newbie gains afterwards.

Bird made some amazing gains with no breaks (applause). Maybe a deconditioning break on this moment is good for Bird, maybe not. It’s all so speculating….
