Developing a Turkeyneck, part of gaining?
Ok..
So I measured today and it looks like I gained .15 inches.. maybe closer to .20-.25 inches. My PIs are a lil off though so I might take it easy for the next couple of days.
Question though.. maybe I hadn’t noticed before but I am getting a serious turkey neck. I am curious if getting a turkey neck is one of the perils of doing PE and gains?
My routine:
Newbie routine - light (jelqing gives me really good girth gains so I don’t do them often and low to medium intensity. I am focused on length only right now)
Focusing on stretching and the use of an extender. Right now, I have 105 hours since May 9th..
I would hate for this turkey neck to get worse so I am looking for feedback from members.
