Did PMdevice.com just rip me off?

Hey all,
Today was a good day for me before I decided to order this thing. I don’t make a lot of money, so I had to save up for a while before I purchased this ADS device. Well, in the process of ordering, I was told that “my order wasn’t processed because my card security code was invalid” or something to that nature. I re-enter what I think is the proper code, and I get the same thing. Then I re-enter a different number, and I get the same message, but this time my account was drafted for the funds, and I didn’t get any confirmation number, e-mail about my purchase, or anything. I’m a little nervous now because when I tried to look for a number to call to get this straight, guess what, the only thing they had on there was a way to submit an e-mail with your complaint. I wish I would’ve seen this before I ordered it. I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt and hope they fix this. You never feel vunerable until things like this happen. Does anybody know of anyway that I can get in contact with these people?

I actually went through and sent a check to them when I ordered. Since you used a CC you should of got a receipt number I assume from them. Just use that as the header so It will be looked at more thorough. How long has it been? If the money was taken out and you viewed your statement and it was only once then you should get your confirmation email. If it is after hours and you ordered it might take till tomorrow afternoon for your confirmation.

Call your credit card company and tell them to do a charge back if you can’t get ahold of the seller.

It was around 4:15pm today. As soon as I posted this (go figure) I got an e-mail from them saying that they don’t have a record of my purchase, and that I should order another one. When It took the money from my account, it gave me an error message on the next screen saying that there was a problem with my purchase. I didn’t recieve any reference number or anything. The bad thing about this is that I used my Visa Check Card (it’s not a credit card, it’s a debit card), so their names won’t be posted up on my account until tomorrow. My question is, where did my money go if it’s missing? Nothing is on automatic draft from my account, and I’ll be damned if I order something again from a company that does business like this. That’s the purpose of this thread. If they try to screw me over, then all of Thunders will know about it.

You should definitely contact your bank first thing tomorrow and initiate a chargeback.

Even a debit card with a Visa logo should allow you to do this.

Don’t wait. Get on this. Tell them you suspect internet fraud. Get your bank to issue you a new card number.

I’m just having a time today. I call the 24hr bank help line, and they just happened to be unavailable at the moment. I’m not going to give up though. I don’t like to be used and abused, and these people will not take advantage of me. I’m going to get my money back in some shape or form.

$164.95 is what they’re trying to take from me. Let this be a lesson learned for all at my expense. Do not deal with Pmdevice.com, they’ll try to take your money without holding up their end of the deal. And I did get in contact with the bank. :D

Um… well to each their own I didn’t have any problems. Did you use paypal and if you did, did you try to contact them too about the error? Or they could be having transfer problems with their checkout. Well it doesn’t really matter now. At least you got in contact with the bank and hopefully everything is working out.

What company doesn’t keep track of their profit levels for the day? The sales manager tells me that they don’t have my order, so in that case I should re-order another one. I know he can see my order, and I know that they’re trying to pull a fast one over my eyes, and until they try to make this situation right, I will not have any compassion towards them in dealing with this problem. The money was taken, it was confirmed that it was them by my bank. That’s all I needed to hear.

Dude, if you want to buy ADS with cheap price, go to e-bay, and search “penis stretcher”, there are a ton of items for sale. Make sure that the seller is the power seller. I got mine from e-bay.

That’s all I needed to hear to agree with doing a charge back in less than a day. What I read from you was that there was an error with the transfer from “when it took my money”, but it might not of technically went through because of the error -you didn’t say you contacted the bank after the sales manager and he basically told you to fuck yourself 2x and buy another before I replied. Chill buddy :) Some people don’t have problems with pmdevice in other extremes people get tossed around. I don’t blame you for wanting to :-piss: on pmdevice headquarters in the USA, but if you’re still interested try the actual German mass production site. People seem to be fine ordering from them, but the cost is more expensive. Then again risk is more high across seas.
