I believe that some of the stretch that is felt high above the base is still in fact part of the ligaments, possibly the pubic floor I believe it is called. Some other things you can add is while having your dick under your right leg, pull your left knee to your chest and vice versa. This will place more stretch and tension on the ligs as well.
Aa yes I am pulling my leg to my chest now and it does place more stretch on my ligs. Everyone say that fowfers only give flaccid gains and I wonder what’s different from fofwers and using an ADS and the only real difference I can see is that an ads stretch the penis straight out and when doing fowfers the penis is stretched in a weird way, bent backwards, so the ligs don’t get stretched in a way needed for length gains. But if I do fowfers the way I do no, not bending the penis backwards under my ass, I get more a straight out stretch on my ligs.
