Great extension of fowfers at night!

As my frenulum string still are damaged and weakened and will be until I get the darn thing off, I can't do manual stretches as that require a grip over it.

So, I've started to clamp, and also to experiment with stretching techniques that do not require that kind of grip.

I have tried to vary the nightly fowfers that so many recommend, and I figured out a way that feels quite awesome and that give the ligaments a good stretch all night long!

Intense nightly BTT (between the thighs) -stretch

  • Lay sideways (spoon, faetus position).
  • Spread the legs a little bit, stretch the penis out, tuck it in and close legs.
  • Now, with the stretched penis pressed between the thighs, gently straighten the legs and role over on the stomach.
  • Now, fall asleep this way.

A few days ago, I actually woke up this way! My flaccid hang that morning was totally amazing, the double I normally experience.

Depending on how much you stretched your penis out, it should feel less or more intense. It does take a little practice to get the right amount without skin stretch pain, but I think it’s worth a shot.

What do you think?

Slack my friend ,I have the same problem as you do.I roll around and toss and turn so much that it looks like a war was fought in my bed when I wake up in the mornings.I can’t manage to stay fowfered for an hour much less all night .

Is this actually good for you though? I would imagine that having your cock tucked in between your legs for a good 6-8 hours or so would inhibit any recovery you could have.

Your penis should be left alone during sleep time to recover from the PE you done during the day. This is mainly only my theory, but it makes sense.

d_sut, this is the thing with theories. All of them sounds resonable, but they also contradict.

My theory of stretching ligs in the penis, is the same as stretching ligs in the rest of the body. And from what I’ve heard about stretching excercises, is that you can not stretch them too much. Stretching 5 hours a day is 10 times more effective than stretcing 30 minutes a day. From what I’ve read (no sources to refer to though), ligs does not need the same kind of healing as muscles and wounds etc.

And if they indeed would need healing to able stretching the next day, would’nt it be better to heal them while stretched?

It may or may not inhibit girth gains though. Don’t know about that

I think I will be giving this a try if I can manage. Large testicles are a pain when it comes to fowfer type stretches

Retainer, if we are going to go on assumptions and guesses, my guess is for something to heal it has to be left alone (untouched), whilst the body regenerates itself during sleep. If a constant stretch is applied, the penis is still under stress and can’t repair itself correctly.

Of course, if I am wrong somebody please let me know, I wont be upset!

If I am wrong, I will end up doing these anyway, because I agree it is a good and easy way, to get a really thorough stretch.

Actuallly, I think you’re right d_sut. It will probably heal more effective if we just let it be. But is this what we want?

In some cultures, it is popular to stretch your ears. Make them sloppy as hell. How do they achieve this? By having rings and weights stretching them constantly. They do not stretch them for 10-15 minutes, and then let them rest for 23,5 hours. Letting them rest would, as you say, probably heal them more effective. To the former state.

Okay, so a penis has alot more complicated tissue than an ear. But somewhere in my assumptious mind, it feels like the same rules can be applied. May it be ears, skin, bones, the penis…

This is all true. However I think there is a MONUMENTAL difference in stretching ears (for the desired effect of football sized lobes) and stretching the dick.
The ears don’t have to rest and repair themselves because the ultimate goal is to have a huge gapping whole, that can only be obtained by the user wearing some kind of device indefinitely. PE is more like the bodybuilding/muscle building theory where you NEED rest for cells and all those other complicated tissues- like you say are in the penis.

If someone who knows whats what here don’t hesitate to chime in. As I said if I am wrong, all is good - because I will use this technique. I only want to find if it is worth doing, as I have a slight hunch it may be counter-productive (over training if you will)
