Hey guys, Cmon!

Stinky blasters?! You gotta be kidding. I never do PE when I am near a bowel movement. After I have one, I can do rk’s as hard as I want. I can’t imagine sitting there with poop hanging out of my anus and doing blasters. BUT, to each his own.

I have learned how to relax my pc by simply doing an exhale without straining so hard that I shit. sort of exhale through pursed lips.

I was trying to do the rk’s but soon realised that it’s the same muscle movements as shitting, so then I thought i’d just do them on the toilet.
But I wasn’t sure if this was OK, and when DLD said that he does this too and he being the one that invented the stretch in the first place I now feel reassured that it’s OK to do.

Well, I actually don’t do the blasters while shitting but after the dump but I don’t get off the toilet or even wipe my arse, I just go straight into the blasters right after I have dumped.

As a side note, I wonder if all the straining too hard could cause hemoroids or something like that?
Not exactly the best trade off for a maximum lig stretch is it? :(

One more thing of that may be interest to DLD.
It’s about his Blasters and how the inverted “V” made by the “A” stretch in the Blasters may be more dangerous to the dorsal nerve.

I have a question DLD, since I’m using two fingers to push upward, where should I place the two fingers? Right at the base of the penis, an inch up, or at the middle? Which is the most effective? Thanks.

damn is it only me that have huge problems with the grabbing part?

I mean when I have stretched out the penis and do a Kegel it always slips from my grip, gets so frustrated.

Any suggestions?

1.) [my favorite] Baby powder, use a liberal amount.

2.) Latex gloves

3.) Grab with a face cloth

Heh…I’m STILL waiting for an A stretch video from Gandolf though he’s probably never gonna do one… :(

DLD, have you tried doing the A stretch for 30 seconds or more? Without doing reverse kegeling. Do you think that doing it for a longer period of time is better because you’re stressing the ligs for a longer duration. I felt a much better lig stretch after doing it for more than 10 seconds.

Do you have a good tutorial for the PC Muscle exercise btw?

I tried the dual fulcrum today and it didn’t feel like anything. Pushing my base up and my glans down? What is that supposed to be doing for me?

I looked through this thread and noticed that mike already asked the question I was going to ask…wouldn’t it make sense to pull the BASE down and pull the GLANS up so that you’re kind of having a ‘tug of war’ with both hands?

This is from page 3 of this thread I don’t think anyone ever came back with an answer…
