DMSO and Collagen softening.

PVPI has iodine in it and is used as an antiseptic.

I have some DMSO in the closet which is many years old. I ordered some more because 15+ year old DMSO doesn’t seem to do anything. I’m going to try ascorbic acid (vitamin C), water, and brand new DMSO in a roll-on applicator once they all arrive.

I’m curious if anyone knows if applying Iodine transdermally too often can resort in too high of levels in the body? I’m loving the DMSO + Iodine combo but worried if too much transdermal Iodine can be toxic. Wouldn’t the skin just not absorb whatever it doesn’t need?

I just looked it up and the symptoms of too much iodine are about the same as a deficiency! It can cause fatigue among other hypothyroid symptoms. I wouldn’t apply more to your skin than you would take internally especially since DMSO is probably more efficient than delivering it to your body through your stomach.

Put a small amount of iodine on an exposed area of skin and see how long it takes to absorb.

That’ll tell you if you are deficient or not.

DMSO transports everything from asperin to iodine transdermally so be careful you don’t get too much iodine onto your system. .

To be safe, cycle it: either 4:3 or 5:2.

On me, the PVPI vanishes quickly, at least its color. Doesn’t take long for the penis to be totally dry once again.

DMSO alone seems to work pretty good at cell rebuilding and collagen softening. So my question is why mix it with iodine?

Ok next question has anyone had good results with dmso for helping fix a slight curve?. Also could you rub it in and then pump?

Too early to assure about curvature correction since I’ve been on DMSO for couple of months. TG could explain it better, but I believe that changes in curvature takes a very long time.

Major concern about DMSO and pumping is the interaction between the DMSO, which is an solvent, with the cylinder. I use Leluv and they are made of ABS plastic, which apparently doesn’t react and is ok to proceed.

My penis is dry before I start pumping and the feeling and indicators are about the same as stock pumping.

Since I start with DMSO just noticed that at flaccid state my penis feels way softer than before.

Sorry to revive an old thread, but this would make sense reduce inflammation and possibly reduce calcification to prevent scar tissue. I’m not sure just a thought

Is it okay to use dmso gel which is alow vera scented?
