DMSO and Collagen softening.

Recently I rediscovered the health benefits of topical DMSO on sore muscles and joints, and researching here discovered men applying it to their penises for healing purposes.

I began using the DMSO/Iodine topical treatment three days ago and am pleased with early results, but am hesitant to report until I’ve gone 21 days or more to see if there is tissue adaption to comment on.

In my continued reading I keep running into the claim that DMSO softens collagen. If this is so then it would be the holy trail of PE aids.

Does anyone have thoughts in this regard?

I am interested. I have both laying around I should start applying them.

From what I understand reading the research, DMSO crosses through the skin layers into connective tissue, and not just the skin.

This is why, when applied topically, one can taste the DMSO within minutes.

I used DMSO and iodine for a couple of months last year, I had some scar tissue from an old injury and I’m convinced that it broke that down.
It definitely reduced discolouration.

I also have a connective tissue disorder in the joints of my hands and although DMSO can’t cure it it does relieve the symptoms.

As far as helping with gains and making the tunica easier to stretch I can’t say.
The only supplement I’ve taken that made my tunica noticeably more stretchy was Hyaluronic acid but still no permanent gain from it.

i used DMSO mixed with PABA. I don’t know if it is softening the collagen inside but it has made the skin very soft and smooth. *(which lcwmbo has commented about as being “very nice feeling”).

DMSO will also help with aches and pains in joints. Just be very sure to wash everything before you apply it and don’t come in contact with anything till its absorbed into your skin.

After nearly two weeks of DMSO treatment I have to report that my glans seems redder and larger and erections seem easier to attain and maintain.

Good news and has me thinking about returning to hanging to put the tissue softening concept to the test.

A-unit, are you using DMSO as part of a routine and what kind of routine are you doing right now?

Where do you get your DMSO and iodine? Are your erections also/still hard(er)? You say erections are easier to attain and maintain, but would you say that is due to increased feeling/libido or that the feeling is the same but better circulation or something?

To give you a quick answer on the DMSO, You can call your local veterinary supply house. A 16oz bottle should be 10$usd or so.

Remember with DMSO you have to be very clean when you apply it and allow nothing to come into contact with the applied area till it is absorbed. It also can make you have very bad breath *no I’m not joking.

I was ding the constrictor clamping, but I find it too fatiguing to maintain over a long period, much as I did when clamping years ago.

I am still toying with a return to hanging, which I needed to rest from to break a plateau in the spring.

I checked with some of my horse freinds and they don’t use it.
