My penis is slightly narrower at the bottom then at the top, and I was wondering if the small area (~ 1cm) that a cable clamp covers when I clamp gets a size increase as well, or is the pressure not high enough? Cheers

Make sure you are also clamping as low as possible. When I clamp I actually get about 1 inch or so down into my scrotum. I have a long scrotum and my testies hand pretty low so this is still comfortable for me.

It usually grows more under the clamp, this has been discussed in various threads.
I had a significant Baseball Bat when I started. Been clamping for years now. My erect girth has grown significantly and is now nearly uniform top to bottom.
