I know this 100% to be the case for me as in the past week since cutting masturbation down to 3 or 4 times a week my penis is stronger,healthier,bigger,fuller and ready to jump into action at any moment. Infact I measured myself yesterday at 7.625" BPEL and two weeks ago I was back down to about 7.3" bpel after a week or two of heavy masturbation (what I called edging) alongside my PE. So in a very short space of time I’ve not only gone back to my previous best I’ve surpassed it and just from leaving my dick alone and allowing it to grow and heal.
So,for me personally, masturbation and edging are to be kept to an absolute minimum while looking to gain from PE as my penis just can’t handle that amount of continued stress while being expected to grow from jelqs and stretches aswell as carry out it’s normal day to day functions. (including sexual intercourse) I’ve benefitted immensely since cutting it down and will continue to keep it at a minimum for a while and chart my progress/state of penis health/EQ/and energy levels.
Bottom line is your dick can only handle so much stress and if you don’t allow it to heal and recuperate between PE sessions and simply continue to batter the poor fella then you’re asking for trouble and not giving it the optimum treatment and conditions necessary for growth and good health.
Well here’s a follow up to this and another addition to this never ending debate…
About 3 weeks ago I started re-incorporating short but frequent bouts of edging into my routine but kept my ejaculations down to a minimum. (currently down to once a week) My edging usually lasts around 15-20 minutes,sometimes only 10 mins and I never ejaculate after,unless I’m due to bust a nut and have no indication of having sex on the horizon.When I posted that original reply,I was 7.65" bpel and now after 3 weeks of edging and minimum ejaculations I’m now 8.625" bpel. Yes that’s right that’s not a typo I’ve gained almost an inch in the space of 2 months!!!!
So I can say edging works and cutting ejaculations down to whatever you can handle works aswell but the caveat to this is
‘DO NOT EDGE UNTIL YOU ARE CONDITIONED ENOUGH TO HANDLE IT ALONGSIDE YOUR PE’
For me it took just over 3 months of PE before my unit could handle edging in my routine but still I know if I was ejaculating 4 or more times a week my dick would be exhausted,overtrained and maybe regressing in growth. I know my growth spurt is freakily excessive but the edging coupled with no ejaculations (bar one a week) has been a godsend,it really has took PE onto a new level for me. Infact I now have enough confidence to put up pics of my little pecker due to that growth My Pics So Far…. and have kept a record of all this in my progress log My PE beginnings
Hopefully some of this info helps somebody make some big progress with their PE because when you get gains of any sort it’s like an injection of adrenaline into your system,you feel great,revitalized & justified in knowing that what you’re doing WORKS!
