100% spot on Cuban, and this corelates to my findings so far.

I’ve got my ejaculations down to around twice a week and my gains have shot up immensely,like literally I’m gaining constantly every couple days. This could be due to even better eq but my eq has always been very high so I’m not comfortable putting it down to that.

Another thing,heavy masturbation/ejaculation really does tire your dick out bigtime. Going through my PE diary,whenever I got injured I was masturbating quite frequently & that alongside my workouts was a disaster waiting to happen and it did!

But I’ve learned my lesson now and ejaculate as little as possible,within reason, and am reaping some incredible rewards because of it.

Since the end of highschool I havent really masterbated alot (1 time a week on average) and now a few years later I’ve noticed that I don’t get morning wood alot. I started PEing and I noticed night/morning wood a little more, but it wasn’t until I actually started masterbating more often, that my morning/night wood seemed to come back alot more.

As far as gains go, I’m not sure whether or not masterbating has hindered it or not, but based upon Sparyx’s go for EQ then gains theory, I think I’m heading in the right direction as my night/morning wood has vastly improved over the last week.. AFTER a jelq, clamp, squeeze-a-thon….not in general. Yes, yes, I know many a threads have been started about this and I tried searching but couldn’t find ample evidence: does the typical experienced, manual PE’er shoot his load after a workout?

I’ve hung for 2 years and just started dabbling in jelqing and clamping and I find it horribly difficult to stare at porn for 40 minutes only to pull the pants back up, la dee da, no problemo. Just have the most massive blue balls I’ve ever had! WTF! For you non shooters, you just tuck that sponge turkey back in your pants and go about your day? Do you really think it hinders gains?

When I have been unable to hold it, I fire off the most absurdly huge loads. Porn guys should clamp before they fuck just so they can drench the girls.

Oh I think in the beginning it is always like that. But for me, I used to look at porn for 5 seconds 65% erection TOINGGGGG. Then do the remaining of the jelq without watching porn. Key is to concentrate while jelqing. If you think you are loosing the desired erection look back and watch more porn. Then continue.

I don’t know, that sounds totally illogical to me. What does the two hour buffer do besides appease your own guilt? I don’t get the biology of what it’s not good or impedes the progress of a workout. When I don’t do it, it feels like I have a steel beam in my pants and my flaccid obviously stays bigger but impede erect gains? I don’t know.

So,for me personally, masturbation and edging are to be kept to an absolute minimum while looking to gain from PE as my penis just can’t handle that amount of continued stress while being expected to grow from jelqs and stretches aswell as carry out it’s normal day to day functions. (including sexual intercourse) I’ve benefitted immensely since cutting it down and will continue to keep it at a minimum for a while and chart my progress/state of penis health/EQ/and energy levels.

Bottom line is your dick can only handle so much stress and if you don’t allow it to heal and recuperate between PE sessions and simply continue to batter the poor fella then you’re asking for trouble and not giving it the optimum treatment and conditions necessary for growth and good health.

Well here’s a follow up to this and another addition to this never ending debate…

About 3 weeks ago I started re-incorporating short but frequent bouts of edging into my routine but kept my ejaculations down to a minimum. (currently down to once a week) My edging usually lasts around 15-20 minutes,sometimes only 10 mins and I never ejaculate after,unless I’m due to bust a nut and have no indication of having sex on the horizon.When I posted that original reply,I was 7.65" bpel and now after 3 weeks of edging and minimum ejaculations I’m now 8.625" bpel. Yes that’s right that’s not a typo I’ve gained almost an inch in the space of 2 months!!!!

So I can say edging works and cutting ejaculations down to whatever you can handle works aswell but the caveat to this is

‘DO NOT EDGE UNTIL YOU ARE CONDITIONED ENOUGH TO HANDLE IT ALONGSIDE YOUR PE

For me it took just over 3 months of PE before my unit could handle edging in my routine but still I know if I was ejaculating 4 or more times a week my dick would be exhausted,overtrained and maybe regressing in growth. I know my growth spurt is freakily excessive but the edging coupled with no ejaculations (bar one a week) has been a godsend,it really has took PE onto a new level for me. Infact I now have enough confidence to put up pics of my little pecker due to that growth My Pics So Far…. and have kept a record of all this in my progress log My PE beginnings

Hopefully some of this info helps somebody make some big progress with their PE because when you get gains of any sort it’s like an injection of adrenaline into your system,you feel great,revitalized & justified in knowing that what you’re doing WORKS!

Vets and noobs alike, I have a question. Does ejaculation effect gaining? If not, is there a particular time to masturbate that could actually help gains?

Does it not enlarge your prostate, if you do it to much?

I am in the same boat how long did it take you to reach that point and did you have issues with Premature Ejaculation?

Or enlarged prostate.
